After installing the latest update to my Acrobat Pro 8, the program won't load at all. In looking at the Windows Task Manager, I see that Acrobat is consuming all of the cpu, and it stays in that state indefinitely without loading. I have to terminate acrobat.exe in order to get out of the stall.
What should I do about this? Try to remove Acrobat using Add/Remove programs or just try to install over the existing installation? Or is there another approach?
Thanks!
