Need Print Settings to Stick in Acrobat
I have a client that we produce a lot of PDFs for. We compare the revised document to the previous version's PDF and send the client a version showing the changes.
In the Print dialog, we set the "Comments and Forms" pop-up to "Document and Markups" and the revision markers show up nicely. It appears that when another document has been opened and this pop-up changes to something else like just "Document", then subsequent openings of our document default to "Document" only. This behavior seems to be consistent whether on Windows or Mac.
For what ever reason, this particular client cannot be bothered to check--and if necessary, re-select "Documents and Markups" before printing.
Is there any way through Acrobat or any third party utility to make this selection stick with our PDF so that this client will not be so inconvenienced? --
Happy Automation! :-)
