Additionally, there is PitStop Professional, where you can use the Global
Change panel to number/renumber pages any way you want. Free 30 day trial at
www.enfocus.com. Again with loads of other tools/functions too.

It was me asking, and Chris at www.pdf-worker.com answering with the Javascript with is downloadable here.

To use it he said: its like an plugin. just put it in the "javasript"
folder in the acrobat folder.
then there is a new menu in acrobat!

I haven=B4t tried it yet so if you get around to it andit works satisfactorily, lets us know.

Otherwise I fell for, and recommended to our client the PDFStamp plug-in as that can do a lot of other handy things as well.
