It is Distiller 3.01. Thanks I try and down load v3.02 patch this evening.

You did not mention which specific Distiller release you are using.
Make sure you are using Distiller 3.02, which solves a lot of
problems - some of which are related to watched folders.

You can download a patch to upgrade Distiller 3.01 to 3.02 from
Adobe's web site (http://www.adobe.com).

You did not specify which program creates your PostScript files. The
RunDirEx and RunFilEx that are in Acrobat's Xtras folder failr to work
with PostScript files generated by some applications (FrameMaker, for
example).
