Hello! Not sure if this is a pdf or programming question. Is there a way that I can have say a link to a pdf file (either hyperlink or form button) and when the user clicks on it, instead of opening the file, it prompts the user where they'd like to save it, downloading it rather than simply opening it. I know by right mouse click in windows you can then "save target as" etc etc but like in sites such as download.com where you have the link saying "download now" and it asks where to save it to. Sorry that this might not be solely a pdf query, but if anyone can help coulc they email me please at p.g.harris@open.ac.uk as I get this as a daily digest.
Many Thanks
