RE: Continued Font Problem - can I automate?
Since we've been forced to use our workaround option. (Re-distilling the PDFs the supplier provides) Is there any way I could automate this process? Thanks for your help!

That's your problem right there! The Postscript code generated by Interleaf sucks - period!

I would say that since you at least have a workaround, and it's not a hideously complex one, use it!
