Found the symbol font. It turns out only the bullet dots were symbol.
Changed those and hopefully the entire problem is fixed.

I have a menu document that was created in Word. I used Distiller to
create the pdf. I have to share this with a group of teachers. One of
the teacher get a message upon opening this document that she does not
have the Symbol font. She clicks okay and all is fine. But it is
annoying since you go back to the menu many, many times.

I have search the original Word document for the Symbol font. It is
not found. I can not see a Symbol in the document (only one page). Is
there anyway, to not have the warning appear as if the font is being
substituted no one can tell.

I also use Helvetica for the text in form buttons through out numerous
documents. The person testing this on CD gets a message about the
Helvetica font. I can change all form buttons to Arial or something
else, but according to the tester once she says okay to the error
message everything works fine. Is there a way to suppress the warning.
These documents do not have any text--just the buttons that I stupidly
chose the wrong font for. They were created by scanning into
PhotoShop.
