I have a couple more.
First, use the "portable Acrobat" technology to create a cross-platform viewer/printer we can use in Director (and XObj) and other multimedia authoring programs. Consider offering free licenses for this ala QuickTime.
I really, really need a Word plug-in to let me embed URL links, etc., in my QuickTime FAQ.
I can't provide an index to my FAQ without a very expensive piece of software.
In summary, I'd like to make The QuickTime FAQ into a model PDF document, but I can't.
