You'll find all the WordPerfect patches/updates are still available
available for free download here:

http://www.corel.com/support/downloads/index.htm

Many companies, including Microsoft, charge a minimal shipping and handling
fees for patches on CD.

In my experience, Corel's customer support has been very good.
