YES! We wholeheartedly agree. We use Exchange and Netscape. We might not roll-out the PDFview plugin to our user community because you can't do anything with the text (select/copy/find,etc) of the PDF file within the Netscape browser. In the past we have used the Acrobat SDK to add/delete buttons from the Exchange toolbar. It would solve our problem if we could manipulate the Exchange toolbar that pops up when the plugin is used with the Netscape browser. Adobe tech support tells us that it's not possible to use the SDK to change the Exchange toolbar that runs with the plug-in.....That's too bad.
