I suspect it is more likely that the user is trying to PRINT the large file (it is not just one file, or one user, but an emerging pattern of users and a large number of PDF files), and some change in the way the recent Reader (helper app or plugin, the log files don't discriminate, so there's no way to know which app is being called, or which version, if the user is off-site) brokers the print request from the Reader.
If indeed it's printing from the Web vs. downloading and printing from the Reader that is the culprit, how would you suggest we "make" users download the files?
