After getting the >installation to finally work, when I click on >the Acrobat Exchange 3.0 icon, I get a message that the application >cannot be run, because another Acrobat Application is using ATM. One thing I do not understand is that ATM was >installed in the Acrobat 3.0/Font folder, even though I'd deleted all >Adobe and ATM jazz from the System Folder/Control Panel etc.
ATM belongs in the System Folder.
Check to see if ATM is in your System Folder some where. If it is, see if it is v4. If not, trash it.
Drag the ATM v4 out of the Acrobat/Font Folder and onto your System folder. It will be placed in the correct folder. Now ATM will work with all applications.
