Hedley: Try keeping each TOC in separate chapter of a book for the whole project. Set Up FIle in the book can control pagination issues. No inset or reference issues should occur. Print to single .ps file.

PS: I almost didn't reply as I got tired trying to filter the meat from the narrative; Dick's embellishments nearly finished off my patience. We're all looking for a little fun to lighten the seriousness of the day, but the effort of filtering is another stressor, at least for me.
