This may, or may not, be true...that is about a font not being embedded being set for "No Embedding". I have tested what Dov is suggesting, yet Distiller refuses to embed a font that two programs say should be embeddable.
***I wonder if someone reading this thread can help me get to the bottom of this.
I need someone with Fontographer on a PC to open a font for me and provide me a screen shot of one of the tables showing the bit masks of a certain font.
I'm also curious if anyone knows what Fontographer's default setting is for fsType on either a PC or a Mac.
Finally, has anyone used a program other than Fontographer to create a font?
