I have a problem with my pdf files when viewed on a Sun Workstation using Unix ( SunOS 4.1.4 aka Solaris 1.1.2 >Motif = 1.2.4 (from ICS) which does not come up when running MacIntosh or Windows versions of the reader software, I wonder if anyone could help me with.
Here is a description of the problem by a user:
>Upon Opening a pdf file from the Acrobat REader file selection box, >I receive the following: > > A popup confirmer that says: > The file is damaged, but being repaired. > >The popup is undisplayed with no action on my part. > >A empty Netscape window is then displayed and at the same time I receive >the following popup: > > The font 'MSTT31c351' could not be found. Some characters > in this document will not display or print correctly. > > This popup requires that I press the OK button to make in undisplayed. > >Then...nothing else happens. > >When I try to open a1.pdf , the font id that can not be found is > "MSTT31c365 " . > I also get the following popup confirmer: > There was an error reading page 1 near the contents: > An unrecognized token '(unreadable character is printed)' was found. > >When I press OK, nothing else happens. > >b1.pdf,c1.pdf and d1.pdf produce different font ids and different unreadable character. > >In all cases, the result is the same. The window that is displayed >when the first confirmer is displayed, the >hand cursor is displayed on an empty page. > My pages are located at :

I am using embedded fonts, not your standard helvetica or arial.
