Messages such as the one below are automatic responses to in-coming email messages. The person involved sets up an auto-reply message when they are out of the office. An email progam or utility then automatically sends the message as a reply to each in-coming message, so that the sender knows that the recepient will not have read the message. Evidently, the program does not differentiate between personal email and mail group email.
In other words, it doesn't do any good to respond to the person more than once, because the whole point of the message is that they aren't there. Letting them know at least once that this is happening may help prevent a repetition, however.
