The file is in Japanese and is the technical specifications on storage barrels that my client wishes to understand before ordering the product from Japan. Unfortunately despite repeated requests to the barrel manufacturer, the encrypted PDF is all that they have sent. My client wants to translate the document to fully understand the information and my translators would like to be able to print out the material to work from. Additionally, if can I can copy the data out of the file I can do an auto character count in order to give my client a price on the translation rather than trying to count characters on the screen.
There is nothing nefarious with this project.
