Hi Colin, one easy way to do (assuming that you got WORD 97) that is to use the pdf-maker beta 4 version form adobe. You just make the TOC in Word and then use the create pdf command. You should get a pdf file including the TOC with the entries of the TOC as hyperlinks. If that doesn=B4t work you might need to check the preference settings. You can download pdf maker at adobe=B4s website. Good luck.
