Dave, If you were using Adobe InDesign, you could set the hyperlinks to automatically become active links in Acrobat by using the Export to PDF.

In Acrobat Pro 6 and 7, I absolutely love the feature that lets me take a long document full of URLs and make each URL live/click-able by going to Advanced >> Links >> Create from URLs in Document...
But there's something I'd very much like to know. If a URL happens to be more than one line long, using the procedure above will only make the first line clickable, and the address ends up being truncated. I have to scan through the document and look for long URLs, and create links for them manually. Which is annoying to do when dealing with 300+ page e-books. Is there any way to coax Acrobat into automatically knowing how long a URL actually is?
