Check out VTC training CDs. I think the FrameMaker CD runs around $99. I purchased the PageMaker and CorelDraw 9 CDs and found them to be the very best for a thorough foundation in learning the programs. The Adobe Classroom in a Book series by Adobe is good, but not nearly as comprehensive as the VTC training CDs. I have both and feel confident most people would agree with me. VTC has a website where you can purchase them, or they are available from most resellers that sell high end layout programs etc.
