I use bookmarks and links in some instances to "Go To Previous Document." It
has worked since version 4 at least but now it doesn't in Reader 8. The
bookmark or link is a simple Execute Menu Item and choosing Go To Previous
Document. Since Reader 8 all it does is highlight the bookmark - but no
action. If I use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+Left Arrow it works fine.
What could be preventing the bookmark and link from functioning? Is there a
workaround?

I'm on a Win XP system. The PDFs are created with eith version 5 or 6
compatibility. I used Acrobat {Pro 7 to build the bookmarks and links.
