I use Acrobat 7.0.9 pro for my work. I distribute CDs and have a license to distribute Reader 8. I've posted before on the problem created by Reader 8 (and Acrobat 8) not allowing bookmarks to execute a menu item "Go to previous document." I was hoping that Reader 8.1 allows that menu item to be executed in a bookmark (or link) but I can't find anyplace that describes what has been fixed o4r added in Reader 8.1. Does anyone know the answer or where to find it?
I saw plenty of problems with 8.1 on the Adobe Forums so I'm getting a little gunshy distributing Reader that my users will load and have issues. Then, of course they will be contacting me and I have no answer except to say "use an earlier version" or contact Adobe.
Thanks for any thoughts on this.
Regards, Glenn
